Mop Shots - I was initially skeptical that a site where people share photos of their hairstyles would be able to sustain itself but fellow cube farmers shouted me down because the overall idea of this site is so good.
World Builder - short movie
The Big Picture runs a list of
photos of robots.which might not seem like a very big deal but the cumulative effect is an almost creepy realization of the prevalence of robots.
Epic prank - Remember these guys from College Humor who play horrible pranks on each other? One time one of them ruined the other's open mic comedy gig. Another time one put a marriage proposal to the other's girlfriend on a baseball stadium big screen when marriage was not on the table. Anyway, you don't have to remember the history to appreciate this one. These guys play hard.
Wee Planets: 3D panoramic photographs of Paris - I'm not sure what's 3D about these. I think they mean 360. Anyway, even if you've seen this before, this guy gives the technique nice thoughtful application. It's called stereographic projection but
Photojojo called it "planets" when they published instructions.
