I fell asleep within ten minutes, tried again, fell asleep again. As soon as I heard the student yell, "This is your (bleeping) Patriot Act," I knew that he was trying to make a statement. How many times did they have to tell him to stand up? They spent the entire 6 minutes and change telling him to stand up. He was resisting arrest. At the same time, they could have gotten enough officers together to carry him, unless he was fighting that as well. Anyway, I think the police got conned into complying with someone trying to make a political statement in an area where he knew people would have cellphone cameras. He will probably sue the police department as well.
