When you link to a wiki entry, try linking to a specific revision of that page (from the History tab).  Example:
Instead of http://cheatcodewiki.org/index.php?title=Main_Page
you could link to
http://cheatcodewiki.org/index.php?title=Main_Page&amp;oldid=3131
